Donje Putnam, ARM, RAM is an Operations Coordinator at Kotarides Property Management, where she manages the Learning Management System and creates courses and contents for team members. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Apartment Management Association. With 25 years of experience in multifamily, Donje has built strong teams, managed large properties and projects, and executed award-winning marketing campaigns. She is passionate about marketing, efficient operations, walking your property, happy residents, and supporting all the wonderful people in property management. Prior to joining Kotarides, she held multiple roles on the supplier and operations side, serving as Director of Marketing & Training, Compliance Manager, and Regional Property Manager at both owner and third-party management companies. Off-the-job, Donje is a crazy cat lady with an auxiliary dog. She enjoys hosting cheese nights with family and friends and keeps a cheese diary.
